Retail Operations includes a seamless integration of Inventory, Customers, Data Collection and Application as well as other Data Resources essential to Point of Sale applications.
Your inventory is your most valued asset. The following inventory tools were designed to manage and optimize your inventory in a very user friendly way if not automatically.
We have made accessing and managing your inventory very easy to do. We started by programming the software to the latest screen size resolutions, so it will always be displayed with maximum screen exposure. Then, we used open architecture search tools, so you can search and work with any cross section of inventory. Managing your inventory isn’t restricted to one product at a time. Instead you can view and edit any number of items all on one screen, or focus in on each item detail.
In addition to your physical inventory products, the software also stores electronic versions of your supplier’s catalogs. This allows you to expand your current offerings beyond your physical inventory, provide much more leverage in the number of products you can offer your customers and price compare product offerings between suppliers. |

The catalogs can also be referenced when creating a purchase order. Instead of waiting to get products at your supplier’s convenience, you can reference suggested order data against the catalogs to pick up merchandise you would normally order from a different supplier but can happen to get from the supplier you are currently ordering with. This minimizes the occurrence and duration of out of stock merchandise and provides consistency for your customers.
Maintaining your inventory levels is achieved with the Order Analyst, a formula used to calculate suggested order data. The analyst looks at replenishment settings for each product along with daily sales figures, whether first thing in the morning or throughout a busy day, suggesting order values using the most current sales data. This can be done simultaneously without interrupting sales at the register, multiple workstation operations or remote handheld activities.
The Worth Data remote handheld terminal aids in several inventory processes, including the creation of Live Orders, Receiving against a Purchase Order, Building Return Orders, making Price Adjustments, |

performing Quick QOH Adjustment by +/- or replacement, setting Min/Max levels, executing a Physical Inventory Count for the store, Ordering Labels to a back office label printer, Printing Shelf Tags to a portable printer, and assigning Product Groups to Inventory. All of these activities are communicated live to the Retail Operations and require no batch processing.
To complete the cycle, Returned Merchandise, whether obtained through receiving, with a remote handheld terminal or at the Point of Sale is automatically added to a return order for the supplier’s the products were most recently purchased from, providing a seamless process to facilitate returns while improving customer satisfaction.
